Refund and Returns Policy

Membership Subscriptions (LSG Media Illuminati)

Membership in the LSG Media Illuminati may be terminated at your discretion with no obligation to renew. Subscriptions automatically renew based on the billing interval selected—currently monthly, semi-annually (every 6 months), or annually—unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Upon cancellation, your account and associated benefits, including access to the private RSS feed and other privileges, will remain active until the conclusion of the current billing cycle, at which point access will be revoked.

  • Monthly Renewals: Benefits persist until the next monthly renewal date following cancellation.
  • Semi-Annual or Annual Renewals: Benefits persist until the next semi-annual or annual renewal date following cancellation.

Refunds for membership subscriptions are available within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. To request a refund, contact D. Louis Martin at [email protected]. Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 72 hours of receipt. LSG Media reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle beyond the 30-day refund period unless required by applicable law.

T-Shirts

T-Shirts bearing LSG Media designs are produced and fulfilled exclusively through Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. LSG Media personnel do not handle or inspect merchandise prior to delivery. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact D. Louis Martin at [email protected]. We will undertake reasonable efforts to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, including, where applicable, coordinating with Printful for corrections or replacements.

Refunds for t-shirt purchases are available within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, email [email protected] with your order details. LSG Media will liaise with Printful to process eligible requests, subject to Printful’s policies and our discretion. Refunds are not available beyond this 30-day period unless mandated by law.
